Our villa will suit golfers and non golfers alike, it is ideally placed to enjoy the theme parks and also the coral beaches of the Gulf Coast. You cannot miss out on going to those wonderful white coral beaches and staying at Southern Dunes makes a day trip to the beach a real option.

The lounge area hosts a 42" T.V. with cinema surround sound with a combined DVD (with numerous family DVDs to watch) and CD player. Also available is a computer with free internet connection.

The villa has four spacious bedrooms comprising of one master en-suite room with TV and DVD and patio doors leading to the pool area, one king size with TV and DVD and two twin rooms both with Play Station 2 & games for kids

In the family room is a full size pool table, so plenty to keep the kids happy if you want a day around the pool. Other facilities are a cot and high chair for the little ones and a safe for all valuables.

Relax and enjoy the warmth of the Florida sun in our floodlit pool, for those of you with toddlers the pool also comes with various fun equipment and safety devices. For a well earned rest from trailing the parks, enjoy the 26ft X 12ft swimming pool and the extended patio area. An insect screen is fitted around the pool area to protect you from any bugs that fancy a piece of the action. Pool heating available at extra cost - but this is only really applicable between October and May when the evening temperature can fall.

The villa is located at Southern Dunes, a quiet, friendly and relaxing neighbourhood. The community is set on an 18-hole, true gem, Golf Digest 4-star-rated championship golf course. Even if you do not play golf, Southern Dunes is a great place to stay because of its natural beauty. The subdivisions are separated from each other by the fairways of the golf course. The beauty of Southern Dunes is that, while being able to relax in a "country club" atmosphere in a beautiful villa, you are only 11 miles south of Disney's main gate and central Florida's many attractions.
