Our luxury Orlando holiday villa with its own private screened pool and spa is located on the Southern Dunes Golf and Country Club in a community of other Florida holiday rental homes about 40 minutes from Orlando International airport, Florida and minutes from the major theme parks - Disney theme parks (Magic Kingdom, MGM, Epcot, Animal Kingdom), Busch (Sea World, Busch Gardens) and Universal (Universal Islands of Adventure, Universal Studios).

Our Orlando vacation home is fully equipped to the high standard of Florida self catering accommodation with superb views over the 18th hole of the Golf Course. Two twin bedrooms and a king bedroom are upstairs which share a bathroom. A king and a double bedroom on the ground floor of the Florida vacation accommodation consist of a master bedroom with a full ensuite, the double has a separate shower room nearby for dedicated use. There is private off road parking for two vehicles parking and a double garage.
A Florida self catering holiday or stay and play Florida golf vacation is made easy with a 24 hour Wal-Mart within 10 minutes walk/2 minutes drive from the Orlando vacation villa together with a chemist and a range of other shops, banks, family restaurants and fast food outlets.
Golf, fishing, tennis, a gym, a community pool and a small children's play area are all on site at Southern Dunes Golf and Country club - all of these facilities are available for use by guests of our Florida vacation home.

Sleeping: Our luxury Florida vacation home has one king master suite with full bathroom and dressing room and a double bedroom with a dedicated shower room nearby on the ground floor. There are three upstairs bedrooms in our Orlando self catering accommodation that share a bathroom - one is a king, the other two are twins. A queen sofa bed in the family room means that our home can sleep a large family, 2-3 families, 4-5 couples or a large group of friends or golfers in comfort. All bed linen and towels are provided in the Florida holiday home. Travel cot, linen and high chair are all included free of charge in our Florida vacation rental home.

Entertainment: Our Orlando vacation rental home has cable television, a video, DVD and CD player in the living room. The 2 kings and one double bedroom in our Florida holiday home each have cable TV, DVD and Video players. The twin rooms have tvs - one has a dvd player with some extra seating for kids. If you need to keep in contact there is a telephone for incoming/outgoing calls with a computer data port. The private screened heated swimming pool and spa area in our Orlando vacation villa has loungers, a table and seating. We have provided some children and adult games for our guests and are in the process of building a comprehensive book library

The pool area provides the perfect end to a busy day in the nearby Orlando theme parks or can be used for having a relaxing day in the Florida sunshine, while you enjoy views of the championship golf course at Southern Dunes.

Eating & Living: There is a large table and chairs (including high chair) in the dining area of our Florida vacation villa with an additional table and chair as well as two bar stools in the kitchen. Three sofas are in the living room of our Orlando vacation villa. The kitchen at our Florida vacation villa includes a cooker, oven, microwave, fridge, freezer, hob kettle, toaster, blender, mini oven (ideal for bagels/pizzas), dishwasher, waste disposal, cutlery, crockery, glassware and all cooking utensils. A washing machine, tumble dryer, iron and ironing board are in the utility room of this Orlando self catering accommodation making this an ideal choice for a self catering vacation. The 24 hour Wal-Mart at the Florida vacation community entrance offers a huge range of food and other goods and is only a 2 minute drive or 10 minute walk away from the Orlando holiday rental accommodation.
