Our beautiful ‘Villa Henry’ is a privately-owned luxury Villa, and is of brick construction, completed in January 2004. The Villa is situated amongst the Orange Groves of Westbury.We are approx.one hour from Sanford airport and approx.45 mins from Orlando International airport. Located on Highway 27 just 1-2 minutes from Junction 55 off the Interstate 4, approximately 10 -15 minutes from the Disney complex. It is within minutes of Championship golf courses, and is ideally positioned for the visitor to explore Florida. Being close to Interstate 4 there is easy access to all the well known attractions such as Seaworld (20 minutes), Universal Studios (25 minutes), International Drive (15 minutes), Wet and Wild (15 minutes), Cypress Gardens (25 minutes), Kennedy Space Centre (60 minutes), Florida Mall (15minutes), Busch Gardens (60 minutes) and many, many more. There are numerous Lakes within the Orlando area for that special fishing trip. You will be spoilt for choice for leisure activities Our villa is close to restaurants shops, including everyones favourite "Walmart" which is five minutes away,take-aways, petrol stations and other amenities.

Amenities

Our villa is fully furnished and air conditioned with a centre ceiling fan in the lounge for extra comfort on hot days. Cable television CD player and cd's. Games and a large selection of reading books are available for our guests enjoyment.
If you find you would like to dine at home our large dining table has seating for 6 guests extra chairs are available if required.
Our kitchen is fully equipped with Electric range, Microwave, Dishwasher, Fridge/Freezer with ice maker. Cooking utensils, crockery, for eight guests, A nook to sit and watch the world go by while enjoying a nice cup of tea or coffee. A utility room with Washing Machine, tumble Drier, iron and ironing board and large linen cupboard.
Our villa has 4 bedrooms Master Bedroom with Queen Bed,Television and dvd player,an en-suite bathroom, shower and tub. Bedroom 2 – Double Bed with walk-in wardrobe. Bedroom 3- Double Bed with walk-in wardrobe. Bedroom 4 - Twin room in a mickey and minnie theme Family bathroom with bath and shower. Hairdryers in both bathrooms. All bedlinen towels and pool towels are provided for your use. Travel cot plus bedding, high chair and stroller if required free of charge.
We have a private 28x14 pool with underwater lighting for that late night swim. if pool heating is required(usually between October - April) there is a supplement of £70 $125 per week. Both doors which lead to the pool area are alarmed for child saftey. There is an extended deck with pool furniture which include table chairs, lounges, etc. the perfect place to spend the end of a busy day, with a nice cool glass of wine or to take a more relaxed day enjoying the sun and getting a nice tan,The covered lanai gives plenty of shade, when that midday sun gets to intense. extra entertainment for our guests from June 2005 our garage has been turned into a games room, with a eight ft.slate pool table and electronic soft darts board.
There is a gas barbecue provided, not to be used in the pool area, gas bottles are not supplied.
Our villa and games room are non-smoking.
