Welcome to Floridavillaparadise on the new community of Sandy Ridge. This villa is brand new for april 2005 and has some really outstanding features that seperate it from the others.
My villa has 2 master bedrooms and 2 twin rooms, one of which is themed for the super heroes of islands of adventure, there are 3 bathrooms with shower and baths, there is a family room and a seperate living room the villa has a dining area and a open planned kithcen and also a breakfast nook, there is also a games room.
Patio doors lead out onto the huge 30ft x 15ft swimming pool and jacussi. There is extended decking for extra room, also you have patio furniture for alfresco dining and there are sunloungers to top up your suntan.
My villa is very private and overlooks conservation and woodland so you are not disturbed. You are also surrounded by landscaped gardens and swaying palm trees giving you a feeling that you really have just arrived in paradise.
Location. You couldn't be in a better location than this, situated 2 miles down the 532 which is exit 58 on Interstate 4 you are only 2 exits down from the Disney parks and this makes it really easy for all the other theme parks like Universal, Seaworld, Busch Gardens via Interstate 4. Also opposite the community of Sandy Ridge is Reunion which has some fantastic restaurants, shop, bars and boutiques. Just 2 minutes from you is the world famous Champions gate golf complex with Greg Normans designed golf courses and home to the David Lead better's academy, you also have shops, restaurants, bars and takeaways here plus a gas station.
