The Family Room
A large informal sitting area, over looking the pool, with a stunning high ceiling. The family room is open plan to the Kitchen, Nook and Dining Room. There is a large sofa plus a two-seat love chair, and this is the ideal area to sit and relax and watch our 50" plasma screen TV and DVD.

The Kitchen
Our well equipped modern kitchen contains every thing you will need for you stay from a cooker, microwave, dishwasher, fridge, freezer with built in ice and chilled water dispenser along with all the other essentials such as cutlery, crockery, saucepans and ovenware, glassware, coffee maker, telephone, and most of all the bottle opener. There is a safe with key inside the storage closet. There is a breakfast bar with stools.

The Nook
Leading on from the kitchen is an informal dining / breakfast area with a table and six comfortable chairs. From the nook area you can exit through the patio doors on to the covered lanai and pool area, where there is an outdoor toilet, shower and barbecue.

The Master Bedroom
A huge luxurious king size bed sets the tone for this beautifully furnished and decorated room. Our upstairs master bedroom also boasts a flat screen TV with cable TV and built-in DVD. There is an I-pod docking station, clock radio, ceiling fan and a huge walk-in wardrobe. There is a recess area for you to relax, with two wicker chairs and coffee table and an en-suite bathroom with double vanity unit and large walk-in shower, plus separate WC.

Double Bedroom (downstairs)
A huge luxurious queen size bed sets the tone for this stunningly furnished and decorated room. Our downstairs master bedroom boasts a flat screen TV with cable TV and built-in DVD. There is a ceiling fan with light and a large closet, plus a chest of drawers. The stunning spacious en-suite bathroom has a double vanity unit, bath tub, shower and WC.

Twin Bedroom 1
A large, tastefully decorated twin bedded room with wardrobe and chest of drawers. There is another flat screen TV with cable TV and built-in DVD. There is also a ceiling fan with light and a spacious en-suite bathroom with vanity unit, bath and shower, and WC.

Twin Bedroom 2

The Pool
Our inviting pool is set in a resort style extended deck which has four luxury sun loungers, the perfect spot to relax and refresh yourselves after a long day in the parks. The pool area benefits from a hot and cold outdoor shower. There is an inviting spa in which you can chill during the evenings. The external area is fully screened and has a safety fence for children around the pool. There are inflatable toys and chairs to keep children and adults amused.

The Lanai
This oversized shaded area gives you the perfect protection in the summer and has a ceiling fan with light to keep you cool and a lovely wicker dining table and six high back chairs. There is a separate table and four chairs with cushions around the deck in case you are entertaining. Outdoor living is complete with a built-in barbecue and sink area, plus a separate WC.

The Games Room
To keep you entertained we have located a games room in the fully-tiled garage area. Including a slate-bed pool table, table tennis table, foosball and darts, with ceiling and wall fans to keep you cool while you play. The garage also houses the well equipped laundry area with washing machine and tumble dryer.
