Comes with patio furniture, pool safety net and inflatable toys for children. Beach towels are provided for pool use.

Games room and loft area:
Wifi connection, Nintendo Wii and stand, 20" Television, 6 children's beanbags. The Games Room has a standard size pool table, air hockey, football soccer and other games. You won't even know where they are once they discover these rooms. Alternatively, hide in them yourself and polish up those scores......

Formal dining and lounge area:
Tastefully furnished with modern chairs, tables and leather sofas the formality is understated and inviting. The glass dining table seats 10 comfortably. If your enjoy home entertaining and fine dining then this is for you.

Family living room:

Kitchen:
This high specification kitchen has basically every thing you'll need. The dishwasher, oven, hob, microwave, fridge/freezer with ice making facility, toaster, juicer/blender and coffee machine are just a few of the appliances available to make holiday living easy. There is plenty of crockery, cutlery and storage containers as well as some child friendly cups and plates.

Family Breakfast Area:
Overlooking the pool and spa area and beyond into the woodlands there is a glass table with seating for 4 persons. An idyllic way to start the day.

Utility area:
Contains a washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board.

Master Bedroom No 1 Downstairs:
Overlooks the pool and woodlands and contains a magnificent king size bed with full bedding, side tables and lamps. An alarm clock is provided as well as a 20" TV. Plenty of storage available. The ensuite bathroom has a luxurious bath and large shower. A hairdryer is provided.

There is another master bedroom upstairs (king-size bed) together with a queen bedroom, 2 twin bedrooms and 1 bedroom with bunk beds. Three further family bathrooms are located upstairs.

A cot, buggy and child feeding seat are available for use during your stay. Please bring bedding for the cot.

You are advised to bring your own laptop or notebook should you require one for use during your stay at the villa.
