Our beautiful family owned villa occupies an enviable position with a luxurious south facing pool which is never in the shade. It backs on to a conservation area of orange trees. A must for those who value their privacy! It is set on the small exclusive West Stonebridge Community and is quite and peaceful as it is well away from the US 27. It is set in a Child Friendly environment with just one road in and out of the community there is very little traffic. It is ideally situated for all the main attractions, of which Disney is nearest at approx 15 minutes drive away. It is also ideally placed for the Interstate 4 which links Florida's east and west coasts. There are many restaurants, shops and supermarkets nearby and for those who like golf there are many fine course.

Amenities

A Property Management Company is retained locally. They will deal with any issues with the property during your stay they have 24 hour emergency number. They organize the cleaning of the Villa after every change of guest which includes changing and washing all linen.They also take care of the pool cleaning. Information : Once the final payment has been received an information pack will be sent which includes directions from Orlando or Stanford Airports.
