This informal kitchen /dining area has table chairs to seat 6 we also have a baby high chair and booster seat.

LANAI

This oversized 10x40 area gives you a great place to sunbathe, for the kids to play with protection from the sun it also has a dining table with 6 chairs plus 2 additional easy chairs and coffee table.

POOL

Our over sized 15x30 pool has an extended deck, which has 4 luxury sun lounges and is complimented by a wonderful spa area. The external area is fully screened and has a safety fence for children around the pool.

GAMES ROOM

To keep all entertained we have made the garage into a great games room, with darts a pool table, and air hockey.

DINING ROOM

Our beautiful formal dining room is just off the kitchen contains a table with seating for 8 people.

LOUNGE

The lounge is the ideal place to chill out and have peace and tranquillity and to relax in the luxury of the surroundings.
