On the first floor there is a sweeping balcony which serves to connect the further two master bedrooms, two queen bedrooms and two twin bedrooms. There are cooling fans in all bedrooms.
Outside the property enjoys a large landscaped plot with a lanai covered, heated swimming pool and spa.

The property is fitted with the latest easy to use electric key pad entry for ease of access and ample external lighting to facilitate entry after dusk

There is a fabulous Pan set, Dinner set and plastic dinner ware set etc

There is a washer and dryer provided for your convenience along with all other household equipment that may be required such as vacuum clener, iron etc.

Nook
The informal dining area, like the formal area is able to accomodate up to 8 diners due to the unique design of the slate topped wrought iron framed dining suite. This extra capacity enables up to 16 guests to dine at the same time something of an unique feature

This is our favourite room. From the moment you enter you realise that it is a bit special, with it's vaulted ceiling, luxury top grain leather suite and huge entertainment centre which houses a 52" Phillips Full HD LCD TV and Home Theatre system.

Games room
Fabulously fitted facility with Fooseball, Air Hockey and a slate bed pool table.
