Property description

A brand-new 4 bedroom 3 bathroom Florida vacation rental home with approximately 2000 sq ft of child-friendly air conditioned luxury. Completed in August 2007 in a tranquil setting on one of the newest, upmarket gated communities. Our vacation rental home is only 10 minutes from Disney and the rest of the theme-parks that Orlando has to offer and comfortably accommodates up to 10 people.

This is a private villa with a large screened pool, situated in the lovely conservation community of Marbella at Davenport, set amidst orange groves. It is in a peaceful location, and yet has the advantage of being located just off US Highway 27, and so is close to great restaurants, shops, supermarkets, and the new Leisure and Retail complex of Posner Park.

Easy access to both the I-4 and the US192 enable you to reach all the tourist attractions the area has to offer, yet within 65 miles of the Gulf Coast and its beautiful beaches, and 50 miles to Kennedy Space Centre and Cocoa Beach on the Atlantic Coast.

Enjoy gated access, with on-site facilities of a clubhouse, with health spa, steam room, Jacuzzi, sauna and gymnasium, internet café, Wi-Fi access, concierge desk, games room, coffee shop, cinema, along with a children’s play area, tennis courts, and water feature.
It is fully air-conditioned throughout, and there are ceiling fans fitted to the sitting room and master bedrooms. All crockery, cutlery, towels and linens are provided and included in the rental price is a full villa clean after every client, carried out by our management company. There is also a fully equipped laundry area with separate washer and dryer.

The kitchen is open plan and combines with a breakfasting area. It is superbly fitted out with all you will need including electric cooker, toaster, microwave, large American fridge freezer, dishwasher, waste disposal etc. There is a large dining table with six chairs for breakfast, meals or just generally relaxing. The family room has large comfortable seating, and there is a remote control television with cable TV and a DVD player. There is direct access to the pool and deck from this room via extended patio doors.

The additional dining room table has seating for four, and there is a good supply of crockery, glassware, cutlery and cookware for at-home dining. There is also a second sitting room with a CD player adjacent to this room. The ideal place for some relaxation and quiet time.

There are two master-bedrooms, one overlooks the swimming pool and has direct access onto the pool deck via the large double patio doors, ideal for early morning swims without disturbing anyone. Both master-suites have large walk-in closets, dressing table and mirror, night-tables, lamps, and clock radios. En-suites have bath, shower, toilet and vanity unit. Each twin room has two comfortable beds, chest, nightstand, reading lamp, large built in closets (with plenty of storage) and clock radio. There is a family bathroom next to these bedrooms, again containing vanity unit, toilet, bath, and shower.

POOL AND DECK

The pool area has a sun deck area complete with superior patio dining furniture, ideal for breakfasting after a morning swim. There are loungers for relaxing and sunbathing. The oversized 30 ft screened swimming pool can be heated when required. There is a child-safe pool guard.

Marbella Resort is located in the outskirts North of the town of Davenport, Florida (minutes from Kissimmee) along highway U.S. 27 between Highway U.S. 192 and the I-4 Interstate. Both highways are an easy 5 minutes drive. Disney's main gates are approximately a 10 minute drive, seaworld 20 minutes and Universal Studios 25 minutes drive away. Sanford Airport is 40 minutes drive and Orlando International Airport is approximately 30 minutes away (depending on traffic).

Our management company provides a 24 service for anything you may need. If you are a golf enthusiast you may choose to play a round at Highlands Reserve, or even try Greg Normans new "Champions Gate" Complex which is just minutes away, as are numerous other courses. There are over 20 courses within a 30 minute drive from the villa.
