Our beautiful 4 bed villa with its own private screened pool is on Hampton Lakes, a prestigious community situated on the US27 adjoining US192 and I4. You have the use of the communal area about 5 mins walk away, where there is a safe childrens play area, tennis courts, ball games area and a large community pool all for your use during your stay. All the hustle and bustle of the theme parks is just a short drive away or visit the many other attractions that Orlando has to offer. A large selection of shops and restaurants are close by, or visit International Drive for the designer outlets that Orlando is so famous for.

This villa is luxury throughout. Air conditioning and ceiling fans keep the interior cool and the impresive high cathederal ceilings add to the feeling of space and light. The furnishings are all to a very high quality and many extras have been added for you comfort and enjoyment.

The accommodation comprises of the following:-

Family room is the main area to be together, there are two sofas, a coffee table and several small side tables with matching lamps, a TV connected to cable and DVD player. There is direct access to the pool from this room via an alarmed patio door.

The dining room has a large table for more formal eating. At the other end of this room is another area with coffee table, side tables with lamps and comfortable seating that converts into the extra queen sized bed if required. Cable TV for your enjoyment.

The fully fitted kitchen also has a small area for less formal eating. There is a first class range of units which incorporates oven, fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher, and double sink with a waste disposal unit. The kitchen is well equipped with all cutlery, glassware, crockery and cooking utensils that you may require, added to this there is a toaster, kettle, blender and coffee maker. Everything to make your holiday an enjoyable one.

There is a utility room with a large washing machine, tumble drier, iron and ironing board. From here there is access to the double garage.

Master bedroom with en suite is tastefully furnished to a high standard and consists of a queen sized bed, dressing table, bed side tables with lamps and direct access to the pool, again through alarmed patio doors. There is a large walk in closet offering plenty of storage space. Cable TV

Second bedroom has a queen sized bed and built in wardrobe with plenty of storage space.

The two further bedrooms are both twin rooms offering similar facilities, large fitted wardrobes and chests of draws, bed side tables and lamps.

The family bathroom has bath with shower over.

From the family room the pool beckons. There is a patio area for sun loungers or eating al fresco from the gas barbecue. Enjoy the freedom of your own pool, there are no villas to the rear of the property so your can relax in privacy. The working orange groves can be seen to the side, after a long day at the parks the tranquillity is perfect.

All prices are per week independant of the number of guests up to a maximum of 10 guests and are fully inclusive of Florida State taxes and cleaning.
