Our gorgeous, new villa is located in the exclusive Enclave section of the Emerald Island resort community. Emerald Island is a unique resort style gated community with great facilities for all guests to enjoy including a pool, hot tub, sauna, fitness room, Internet room and a video arcade. There is also children's playground, a sand volleyball court and a nature trail to explore. Being only three miles from the entrance to Disney World it is perfectly located for visiting all the attractions. Shops, 24-hour supermarkets and restaurants are only a few minutes away on US192. Our villa, with its south facing pool and beautiful views over the waterway to the conservation beyond, is the perfect place for large parties to recover from a hard day at the parks or golf course. The extended pool area has a 28ftx14ft pool and adjoining spa and is in the sunshine all day. If you get too hot then you can spend some time in the large covered lanai area with it’s overhead fan. There are plenty of reclining sun chairs as well as a table and chairs for dining outside while enjoying the view. Inside, the villa with its seven bedrooms and six bathrooms easily sleeps 14-16 guests. There are three Master bedroom suites and a further four twin rooms which share two bathrooms. An interior design company has furnished the whole house to a very high standard. Each bedroom has a TV, one also with a Playstation 2 while the living room also has a DVD and VCR. There is also a separate dining area and family room with stereo system. The house is fully air-conditioned throughout. We have also converted the garage into a games room with a pool table and foosball (table football) and separate stereo system. You will find everything you need to make you comfortable during your stay including a fully equipped kitchen and laundry room. Our fully licensed home is managed locally so that you always have someone to call on in case of a problem. In order to maintain a high quality of service for all our guests we do not allow pets or smoking in the villa although we do provide ashtrays for use outside.
