Master Bedroom 2:

A large open plan Kitchen with breakfast table and chairs, fully fitted with Microwave, Dishwasher, Coffee maker etc. Everything we believe you are likely to need. For peace of mind there is a First aid Kit and Fire Extinquisher. Laundry facilities can all be found in the garage and feature a Washing Machine,Dryer, Ironing Board, Clothes Hanger and Iron.

Games Room:

This very well equipped Games Room has 7ft Pool and Hockey Tables, Elelctronic Dart Board and a Multi Games Table with Foosball, Table Tennis, Skittles, Roulette, Chess and Draughts and a floor standing fan to keep you cool. If that does not entertain you there is also a TV and Music Centre. Tennis Raquets are supplied for the use on the onsite Tennis Courts.

Pool/Spa:

The heated Pool and Spa back onto lush woodland. The Spa has the unique advantage of a rapid heat facility, the deck area has sun loungers, table and chairs and a BBQ. There is a removeable child safety fence and a selection of Pool toys.
