The Sand Dancers Villa is perfectly located on the exclusive Emerald Island resort-style community, less than 3.5 miles from Walt Disney World in Kissimmee, Florida. With 6 bedrooms and 4.5 bathrooms, this elegant and spacious vacation home is perfect for family groups, sleeping up to 13 guests.

Sand Dancers Villa has a spacious family room to relax in under the gently circling ceiling fan during the day or evening, with luxurious furnishings, a large screen cable TV, VCR, DVD Player and stereo sound system - so you can watch your favorite movie, or listen to the music that you love (you'll have to bring it!). There's also a separate den upstairs providing extra space, and the perfect place for the kids to play.

Outside, step on to the shaded lanai, on to the extended deck that surrounds the electrically heated private and screened pool with a raised bubbling spa pool that’s the ideal spot to sit and relax…where you and your family can splash around, laze out in the warm Florida sunshine, or sit in the sumptuous sun-loungers and soak in "the rays". If you want to cool down but don't want to get wet - then sit under the lanai and listen to the musinc throughthe outdoor speakers. The pool area is provided with a removable safety fence for extra added protection for young infants should you need it, and all doors leading on to the deck area have been provided with additional safety locks and switchable alarms.

If the pool and spa aren’t enough blow off steam in the games room! Complete with an 8ft pool table, air-hockey, plus an electronic darts board, they’ll have everything they need for a great time.

Sleeping accommodation at Sand Dancers villa is as fabulous as you could wish, with two separate master bedrooms that each provide spacious comfort. Both the upstairs and downstairs master have a ceiling fan, sleep-soft king-size bed, dresser and nightstand, with 19-inch cable TV and DVD player, clock/radio and closet space. Each of these master bedrooms also provides its own master en-suite bathroom, with either single or double vanity basins, walk-in or bath/showers, and toilet. The third and fourth bedroom each offer a queen-size bed, with dresser, nightstands, 13-inch cable TV with DVD player, and ample closet space, plus either an en-suite bathroom or adjacent family bathroom.

The next bedroom provides the flexibility of a "Pyramid" bunk bed, with a single top-bunk and a full size double below. This room also provides nightstand, lamp, dresser, 13-inch cable TV and games console/DVD player. The remaining bedroom enjoys the perfect night-time dreams for the children, or the young at heart with 2 twin beds, nightstand with lamps, dresser with 13-inch cable TV and games console, and closet space, plus adjacent bathrooms.

Choose to prepare a family feast in the fully equipped kitchen, with breakfast nook and island, plus a serving hatch through to the formal dining room at our formal dining table. If you want some quiet time, there's a separate lounge for peaceful pastimes, with deep, comfy sofa and love seat, together with occasional tables with lamps and a coffee table.

The Emerald Island Resort offers an array of complimentary amenities, which are available to guests. The 4,000 square foot club house has fitness center, sauna, computer access to the Internet, heated community pool and spa pool, Video games room, together with a children’s play area and Tikki Hut, and is the perfect place to get to know other families. The Clubhouse is very near a trail for walking, jogging or biking that winds through the community’s natural woodland setting.

Please note that trucks, commercial vehicles, campers, mobile homes, recreational vehicles, motor homes, house trailers, trailers of every other description, boats, jet skis (or other similar watercraft) boat and other watercraft trailers, horse trailers or vans shall not be permitted to be parked or to be stored at any place on the Property.
