Our villa is located within the quite community of Clear Creek just off HWY27 at Clermont.
This is a great location just 10 minutes from the Main gate of Walt Disney World, this being one of a few residential locations that is in easy reach of all the main attractions that Orlando has to offer. Being just 40 minutes from Orlando international airport you can be assured of a short drive from this luxury villa.
What our luxury 5 bedroom villa has to offer:
One king master bedroom complete with en suite (with beautiful four poster bed complete with a walk in wardrobe and a safe for your security)
One Queen master bedroom complete with en suite
Third bedroom to include a luxury double bed
Fourth and Fifth bedrooms come with twin beds, with access to the third bathroom
All main bedrooms come complete with cable television for your convenience
All towels and bed linen are provided
Entry to the villa is by way of a digital lock, so you will not need to collect any keys. This has been arranged just in case keys go missing.
please note for your safety this Villa is NON SMOKING.
From the spacious lounge area you have access to a fully equipment kitchen, which includes all the applicances you could possibly require during your stay, (a large american fridge freezer complete with cold water and ice dispenser all cutlery, plates, pots and pans, even a microwave are provided!!). The first door to the left is our games room, which contains a pool table, air hockey and an electronic darts board this also comes with another american style fridge freezer for all those cold drinks you cold possibly require for those lazy afternoons and evenings.

Why not take advantage of our lovely heated 30 foot swimming pool (please note heating is charged at a weekly rate in the colder months) the heating is not required in the hotter seasons.

Amenities

Clear Creek is a new development with a new 24 hour Walmart supermarket just a 3 minute drive which stocks all you could possibly require for your stay, also on the same development there is a post office and pharmacy for your convenience. You are just a one mile drive from the famous 192 which offers restaurants and entertainment for all ages.
