As you enter the villa you will be amazed at the size of the combined formal lounge and dining area creating an air of sheer luxury. As you walk down the hallway you will enter the family lounge where there is ample seating for your family to sit and watch cable TV.

To your right you will find the bright sunny kitchen which is fully equipped with a breakfast table and breakfast bar with seating for eight. The amenities include oven range, microwave, dishwasher, icemaker, coffeemaker, toaster and double sink with waste disposal, all kitchen utensils and crockery are provided. In fact, everything you would expect to find in your own home.

From the family room to the left is an archway leading to a hallway where you will find the utility room fitted with a washing machine, tumble dryer, steam iron and ironing board. Beyond which you will enter the cavernous double garage.

The hallway also leads to bedrooms two three and four, one of which is a double bedroom, the other two being twin bedded rooms, one a Disney theme room for the children, fitted with a play station. All bedrooms are equipped with walk-in closets and cable T.V. These bedrooms share the second bathroom which contains a bath with shower, sink with vanity unit, and W.C.

To the back of the villa you will find the vast master bedroom, hosting a queen size bed with cable TV and fan. This bedroom also has a large walk-in closet and en-suite bathroom with twin vanity units, large oval roman style bath tub, separate shower and W.C. This bathroom has an ideally positioned door, leading to the swimming pool and patio area allowing the use of the toilet and shower without the need to walk through the villa.
Bath towels/ pool towels and hairdryer are provided.

The villa has a fantastic south facing pool/Jacuzzi and gives total privacy to the fully screened in swimming pool which can be accessed through the double glass sliding patio doors from the kitchen area. The patio doors open out onto the large covered lanai with patio table and chairs which gives you a spacious outdoor lounge for those warm evenings overlooking the lighted pool and gardens or those lazy relaxing days around the pool. The pool is 24ft in length and is 3ft deep at the shallow end and 6ft at the deep end. The pool can be heated at your request at an additional cost. There is a gas BBQ if you fancy doing a spot of cooking.

Esprit is located within the proximity of the US27-192 intersection and is well placed for shops, supermarkets, petrol stations and restaurants. There is a newly built Wall mart supermarket within 2 minutes drive of the villa. Orlando International airport is about 25 minutes drive away, Sanford airport is about 60 minutes drive and Tampa airport about 75 minutes. The superb Gulf coast beaches can be reached in about 75 minutes while to the east, Kennedy Space Centre and Cocoa beach on the Atlantic coast can be reached in about an hour.
