Our luxury 5 bedroom / 3.5 bathroom villa with pool and spa is situated in an exclusive conservation area. Our fully air conditioned 2,600 sq ft villa is built on one of the larger lakeside lots and will comfortably sleep 10 + 1 cot sleeping.

One master ensuite and four double / twin bedrooms (sharing two bathrooms) are all furnished to a high standard. Downstairs we have a large family room and a separate living area, a formal dining area and a breakfast area that overlooks the pool.

Where are we? ............ Cumbrian Lakes is a new gated development off Poinciana Boulevard and is approximately 12 minutes to the Disney theme parks, 30 minutes from Orlando airport and only 5 minutes south of Highway 192 where you will find a huge choice of shops and restaurants.

Drive east for just 1 hour and you will find Daytona Beach, Cocoa Beach and Kennedy Space Centre whilst in 45 minutes west you could be in Busch Gardens or Clearwater Beach.

And as for golf courses.......you are spoilt for choice with too many to list within a 10 minute radius!

The villa has 5 cable televisions, video and dvd players, a radio / music system and a playstation2 with games. Books and childrens games are also provided.
