The covered porch, large deck area, pool and jacuzzi are south facing with plenty of chairs and loungers to relax on. An additional sun deck has been built outside the screened pool area for those brave enough to take on the elements. There is also BBQ/grill facilities for those, like me, who feel a holiday wouldn’t be complete without a BBQ every other day. There is also football, soccer, basketball, tennis courts and children's playground jusy a short walk away. Gulf and East Coast beaches are less than an hour away. Orlando international, Sanford and Tampa Airports are easily accessible. Grove Villa is located in the Orange Tree development on Highway 27 just 2.25 miles north of the Highway 192 intersection.This is a NO Smoking NO Pets villa.
