Our lovely brand new air conditioned home has 4 bedrooms - 2 with en-suite facilities.

The luxurious master bedroom with doors opening out onto the extended pool area has a large luxury bathroom with large bath tub, lovely vanity unit, large step in shower and a separate toilet that leads out to the pool area.

The second master bedroom also has en-suite shower and toilet with a bath, shower, vanity unit & toilet.

There are 2 further bedrooms – one double room and one twin room. Both these bedrooms share another 3rd full bathroom.

All the bedrooms have Cable TV and DVD.

The twin bedroom also has an X-Box with games and there are several board games.

All the bathrooms have hairdryers.

All bedlinen and towels are provided. In fact all you should need for a relaxing and enjoyable holiday in the sun.

There is a telephone in the kitchen where you can phone locally free of charge. For any other calls you can buy a phone card to use with our phone. We find the best one is from any 7/11 store where for 20 dollars you get 180 minutes talk time to any international number. It even includes calls to mobile phone

The family room has doors opening onto the pool and spa area. It is tastefully furnished and has cable TV, DVD and several films to suit all the family.

The fully fitted kitchen has cooker, over range microwave, dishwasher, fridge/freezer with icemaker, coffee maker, kettle toaster etc.

The separate laundry area has washer, dryer, iron & ironing board.

OUR LARGE GAMES ROOM HAS A POOL TABLE - TABLE TOP FOOTBALL - AIR HOCKEY GAME and ELECTRONIC DARTS. It is comfortably furnished with 2 settees, side tables and a portable c.d. player.

The pool and spa are a wonderful way to relax at the end of a busy day. They can be heated for an extra charge. There are sun lounges and a lovely large covered lanai with table and chairs, allowing you to dine outside comfortably away whatever the weather.

Tuscan Hills is a new prestigious gated community less than 5 minutes drive to the famous Highway 192 where you will find, restaurants, shopping & entertainment including - Kissimmee Old Town, Medieval Times, Helicopter Rides, Crazy Golf, Boat Rides and much more.

Disney Main Gate is only a short 15 minutes drive.

For your everyday needs there is a New Walmart Superstore less than 5 minutes drive where you can buy almost anything you need 24 hours day or night 7 days a week. There is also a Publix Supermaket just a couple of minutes drive.

Our beautiful new air conditioned home has a pool and spa which is in a great position as it is not overlooked at the back.

Amenities

We are situated on the prestigous gated community of Tuscan Hills. It has a Club House with a games room, fitness room, meeting room and beautiful lounge. It also has a Tennis Court, Sand Volleyball court, Childrens Playground and Palm Gardens.

Just wanted to say we are back from our fab 2 weeks stay in orlando.Our villa was fantastic and service from yourselves great.Shame about the pool heat not working but due to the fact of hitting a different theme park everyday we didnt have much energy left to swim :-). thanks again and hopefully we may have our own villa one day.
