The accommodation is arranged over two floors & unusually for a villa of this size there are only five bedrooms instead of the usual six or seven you may find in other villas, so rest assured large spacious rooms were of paramount importance. Upon entering the villa to the right is the LIVING & DINING ROOM framed by elegant white pillars. The living area has a 3 seat sofa & loveseat, coffee table & lamps. We intended this as a quiet place for reading or chatting & so declined installing a T.V or stereo here. The dining area has an 8-seater extendable dining table finished in warm cherry plus matching sideboard. Opposite is the GAMES ROOM which has been professionally & extensively fitted to provide hours of amusement for all the family. The LARGE FAMILY ROOM has sliding doors out to the Lanai & is furnished with queen sleeper sofa, an additional sofa & matching chair, a coffee table & two side tables with lamps. The focal point of the room is a wide oak entertainment unit housing the large screen HDTV & PS3.

Across form the family room the LUXURY KITCHEN is finished with maple cabinets. There is a centre island plus a range of modern kitchen components, including 23cu fridge freezer, built in microwave, 30” electric range cooker, dishwasher, as well as all the other items you would expect to find. There is also a walk in pantry & a stylish circular glass table with four chairs, plus three bar matching barstools. There is one bedroom on the ground floor - DOUBLE BEDROOM 3 with Queen size bed, built-in wardrobes, a dresser with mirror & twin nightstands. Naturally this bedroom would suit any elderly or disabled guests within your party. Next to this bedroom as a further bathroom comprising bath, WC & sink.

UPSTAIRS

THE MAGNIFICENT MASTER BEDROOM SUITE runs the length of the villa, comprising a large bedroom with king size bed, dresser with mirror & twin nightstands, plus double French doors opening onto the balcony. The bedroom leads into a lovely en-suite bathroom with double size shower, bath, WC & twin sinks. You also have the walk-in wardrobe area, or should I say room. This is larger than many bedrooms! (11 x 12 feet). You will just love the space. Adjacent is MASTER BEDROOM 2, this has a queen size bed & built-in wardrobes, dresser with mirror & twin nightstands. The bedroom has an en-suite bathroom & again double French doors open out onto the balcony. Across the landing are BEDROOMS 4 & 5 both with twin beds plus built-in wardrobes. BATHROOM 4 has a bath, sink & WC; this is situated just beside bedrooms 4 & 5. A UTILITY ROOM houses the things you would like to forget, but might just need -washing machine & dryer plus ironing board etc.

Amenities

The GAMES ROOM features an 8 foot slate bed pool table, table tennis table, Foosball (Table football), air hockey & electronic darts. There’s even a 27" wall mounted flat panel TV with DVD & a stereo for your pleasure. The POOL & SPA catches the sun all day & for hours of fun a range of inflatable toys are provided for the little ones to use. There is also a pool safety fence so they cannot access the pool when you are otherwise engaged. Sun worshippers have the use of several sun loungers & for those craving a little shade there is the usual patio tables & chairs plus a children’s set under the extensive lanai.

Fabulous though the kitchen is, when away from home cooking can sometimes be what you are trying to escape from. However eating out too much can also become expensive, so for that extra option there is a gas BBQ for you to try. Theme park thrills can become exhausting, so on any lazy, “stay at home days” around the pool why not try a BBQ with few glasses of wine & sample our semi-pro VocoPro KARAOKE machine with wireless microphones. This might not be for everyone, but in a holiday group what better way for uninhibited amusement than with some serious singing embarrassment!

In the family room you will find the latest audio/visual equipment; a 52” 1080p HDTV & PLAYSTATION 3 linked to a THX HOME THEATRE SYSTEM providing the absolute best in home entertainment. There’s even an iPod docking station should you bring along your own music. We thought a keyboard would be fun, so there is a full size YAMAHA ELECTRONIC KEYBOARD with tutoring features to try out as well. The 3 master bedrooms all have cable TVs & DVD players. Bedrooms 4 & 5 have cable TVs & PLAYSTATION 2s.

Florida is a fantastic destination for golf. For passionate golfers the clubs will be the first item packed, but what about the more casual player? We know with all the luggage, the kids & pushchairs etc. the clubs may well have to stay at home. That’s why we offer you courtesy use of 2 sets of golf clubs should you wish to sample the relaxation of the fairways. If tennis is your thing the resort has its own courts & for your convenience we provide the use of four Titanium Wilson rackets should you fancy a spot of doubles.

There is a range of literature in the villa detailing the attractions in the area, but for the latest information the Internet is the place to look; you can do this using the PC with high speed Internet access. We know if baby is content & amused then everyone else will be too, especially all you mums! So everything is laid on; cot, high chair, stroller plus a range of toys to provide some new fascination, so please try them out if the tears set in.
