Our villa is situated on Southern Dunes Golf and Country Club, a very popular all year round, gated community set in attractively landscaped grounds of lawns, pines and eucalyptus trees.
This location is suitable for golfers, families, and large groups.
The villa is furnished to a high standard, it is fully air conditioned and equipt with everything to make your stay an en ejoyable experience.

With 4 bedrooms, 1 master,1 queens, and two twin rooms.

The Master bedroom has cable t.v, walk in closet, and large on suite bathroom, including bath, shower, toilet and 2 basins.
The queen bedroom has an adjacent bathroom with shower, toilet and basin.

Twin bedroom which shares a bathroom, with a shower over bath, toilet and basin. One bedroom has a PS2

The large family room with comfortable sofas, and patio doors overlooking the pool and lanai areas.It has FREE wi fi internet access. cable tv, DVD/VCR, with assorted films and a CD player. We also have an additional living room providing ample space for two families sharing without over crowded.

There are two dining areas one in the nook next to the kitchen and the other suitable for more formal dining.
The fully equipped kitchen, including a dishwasher and microwave, is an open plan design, allowing everyone to feel part of the family - even the cook! The laundry room contains a washing machine and tumble drier.

There is a fully screened south facing swimming pool with optional heating(which is recommended in the winter months). The covered lanai has a patio table and chairs for shaded oudoor dining and loungers on which to relax and soak up the Florida sunshine.
We have an experienced and reliable local management team, who will assist with any enquires during your stay and can be contacted 24 hours a day in an emergency. The villa is professionally cleaned and maintained before each let. All bed linen and house towels are provided. A telephone enables free local calls and long distance by credit card.

We also provide a FREE cot/crib and highchair.
