We bought a house on this estate 7 years ago and have had some of the best times of our lives there. When we decided to buy a bigger house, we looked everywhere in Central Florida, at all the old and new estates, but we kept coming back to Crescent Lakes. The estate is lovely. It is built in the middle of the conservation area and you will see eagles and cranes flying overhead as you laze in the spa. The rear view is outstanding as the covered and heated pool backs onto one of the lakes. When we saw this house for sale we knew it was a dream come true. It has over 2700 square foot of living space and has been beautifully furnished by a professional team in 2005. We absolutely love it there and our kids cry whenever we come back from Crescent Lakes. It is only 15 to 20 minutes from the edge of Disney and Universal and Seaworld are only a few more minutes away. Down the road you will find an animal petting zoo, horse riding stables, and boat rides on the massive lakes to see alligators in their natural habitat. (In season you can also go nightime alligator hunting if you are feeling brave!) We have tried to put into the house as many extras as we can to make your holiday perfect. There is a brochure in the house with directions to and from all of the facilities and some helpful hints to aid your enjoyment of Orlando.
