This brand new home has been furnished to a very high standard and attention to detail is evident throughout. It offers five bedrooms with two en-suite bathrooms in addition to two beautiful family bathrooms, dining room, sitting room, luxury kitchen, breakfast area, and an oversized swimming pool with Jacuzzi and an extended decking with covered lanai.

Please note that two of the bedrooms (see description below) are on the ground floor making them suitable for guests who have difficulty with stairs.

For your comfort this is a non smoking home, although smoking is permitted in the pool area.

Five bedrooms and four bathrooms

All bedrooms have a cable television with a remote control and are furnished with luxury beddings, lamps and beautiful furniture. There is a spacious closet in every bedroom.

All bathrooms have oak cabinets, wc, vanity unit, where specified bath and/or walk-in shower and/or wall shower. There is a hair dryer in every bathroom.

Ground floor master bedroom with en-suite bathroom overlooking the swimming pool, with an elegant king size four-poster bed, leading to a luxurious bathroom with a large corner bath and walk-in shower. There is a very large walk-in closet.

Ground floor bedroom with a queen size bed and its own bathroom. It is not en-suite, but it has a bathroom nearby with a walk-in shower.

1st floor master bedroom with en-suite bathroom with queen size bed and remote controlled ceiling fan and light. The en-suite bathroom has a bath and wall shower.

1st floor bedroom with 2 sets of solid dark wood bunk beds which can sleep 4 people.

Swimming pool and Jacuzzi

Larger than average sparkling pool with Jacuzzi, an extended deck and covered lanai. Night lighting for the pool is also available. Sun loungers, a table and chairs are provided for your comfort - perfect for al fresco dining.
Pool heating is optional and is recommended between October and March at an additional cost of £99.00/$190.00 per week.
