This elegant, professionally decorated, six-bedroom, vacation home is situated in the luxurious Windsor Palms Resort community just three miles from Walt Disney World. The distinctive and welcoming guarded and gated community boasts a 7,500 square foot clubhouse that includes an Olympic-size swimming pool, children’s wading pool, children's playground, basketball, volleyball and tennis courts, arcade games, a fitness center, pool tables, ping pong, and even a 58-seat movie theater! Plus a small sundry market for your convenience. There is also a shuttle to the parks running several times a day.
The house provides all the comforts of home, including all the extras of a luxury resort. The great room is beautifully decorated and filled with comfortable oversized leather furniture that you can sink into at the end of the day. You can enjoy a movie on the wide screen 53 inch television, with DVD and video. We have a video and DVD library with movies the whole family can enjoy. Outside the sliding doors (with child alarms) you can soak in the sun by the fully screened in ground pool, (optionally heated) and spa, furnished with deck chairs and pool toys for the kids. The beautiful shaded lanai is a great place to enjoy drinks or have dinner outdoors around the table after grilling on the provided gas grill.

Sleeping accommodation at Simba's Safari includes a tropical oasis master bedroom with a luxurious King-size bed, 19 inch TV with DVD, VCR, and a ceiling fan. It is furnished with all the extras you may need including, clock radio, reading lamps, and a comfortable lounge chair. It also has a spacious master bathroom with a walk-in shower, separate roman-tub bath, twin vanity washbasins and toilet, and a large walk-in closet.

The second master bedroom offers the same comforts, with a cozy Queen-size bed, dressed with luxury linens, TV/VCR, and a ceiling fan. An attached bathroom with tub/shower, vanity basin and toilet. A third bedroom offers another King-size bed, with luxury linens, TV/VCR, and ceiling fan for your comfort.

There are two twin bedrooms (each with cable 14 inch TV and VCR) on the upper level of this stunning home, the first one is a Safari Theme with two twin beds, decked out with safari bedding. The room is great for children to adults with the playful theme including art, rugs and a 36 inch Simba Stuffed Lion. The second room is for all those young or young at heart with Mickey and Minnie being the stars, we call it the Lil’ Buckaroo room. The pyramid bunk beds full-size on bottom and twin on top have Mickey bedding, custom art and rugs. This room is root tootin fun with a three foot long horse chair for playing or relaxing. A shared family bathroom is decorated with the Hawaiian style of Lilo and Stitch. This bath contains tub/shower, vanity basin and toilet. The downstairs den boasts a twin daybed with a twin pop-up trundle. This room is equipped with all the bedroom features including luxury décor; TV/VCR, ceiling fan, plus a computer complete with Internet access.

A spacious kitchen has been fully-equipped (refrigerator with ice maker, stove, dishwasher, microwave, plus small appliances such as 12 cup coffee maker, blender, mixer, and toaster) with everything that you could need for the ultimate family meal, or a quick and simple snack. Choose to eat informally at either the breakfast bar in the kitchen, or in our beautiful dining area that seats up to eight guests.

If you want to stay in for entertainment in the evening, the home has its own game room equipped with a foosball table, air hockey table, Nintendo Game Cube with its own library of game cartridges, adult and children board games and casino style gaming table.

Those of you traveling with small children, we have available for your use, a full-size crib, bassinet, pack ‘n’ play, high chair, booster seat, baby swing, baby monitors, and a stroller.

Simba’s Safari is less than a ten-minute drive to any Walt Disney World destination! Within a mile radius of the Estates are 24 hour supermarkets, fine dining and family style restaurants, world class golf courses, miniature golf, Premium Outlet shopping, tanning and beauty salons, pharmacies, and even a medical walk in clinic.
