-Four bedrooms, three bathrooms, heated private swimming pool and spa, designed for all types of parties; the young and old alike, it is at the same time either a retreat of tranquility or a children's paradise of fun.
This home is located in the tranquil surroundings of the new Aviana Resort, Orlando, Florida. Aviana is an upscale gated community and private resort that has 24 hour security. Aviana offers a relaxing retreat from the hustle and bustle of Orlando’s exciting attractions which makes it a fantastic place to stay, close to Walt Disney World's four theme parks and world class golf. All other major theme parks are easily accessible.

Our villa offers over 2000 square ft of fully air conditioned flexible living space. It comprises of four large bedrooms including two master suites and two twin rooms. There are two sitting areas, comfortable sofas in the family room and living room, two dining areas, a nook area or you can choose the formal dining area.

The pool measures 26ft x 12ft and is fully screened. It also has a child safety fence for your family’s protection. The pool can be heated if required and you have your own private spa as well.

Quality prevails throughout from the ceramic tiling to the designer furniture and the Floridian Artwork on the walls to give the villa that true, special Orlando feel!

Private Pool:
Mousekeepers private, heated pool and spa is accessible from the family room and from the private entrance from the master suite. We have a covered porch to sit under to protect you from the Florida sun and showers. We have added to the surrounding area around the pool, the deck extended so that means that you will have more space to relax on your comfortable lounge furniture.

Family Room:
This is the 'Chill Out' area. Either slouch out on the designer sofas and enjoy some peace and quiet, or entertain yourselves with the fantastic multimedia available or watch your favorite movies or television show on our large screen TV.

Master Bedroom:
The Master bedroom is an example of stylish design. There is a king size bed with two bedside cabinets, a dresser with a matching mirror completes the room and your own television. The room also has a massive walk-in closet. The floor is covered in a luxury carpet.

Master Bedroom, En-suite Bathroom:
A luxury Villa would not be complete without en-suite bathrooms. Our master bedroom has a large en-suite bathroom with a walk in shower and there is a sumptuous deep corner bath to relax, soak and enjoy.

Master Bedroom Two:
The second master bedroom is furnished with a king bed, so no arguments about who gets which bedroom on arrival. You will find all the same facilities such as a TV, chest of drawer and a mirror. You also get a built in closet. The floor is covered in a luxury carpet.

This room has its own en-suite. This is quite rare in a lot of villas. In the en-suite there is a Bath/shower with basin and a vanity unit.

Twin Bedrooms:
Each of our twin bedrooms are decorated in an upscale/upmarket Mickey theme so that either a child or an adult will feel at home in the room. You will find a bedside cabinet as well as a built in closet for your clothes and possessions and a television in each bedroom. Bring the Magic of Disney into your home for your family!

Gourmet Kitchen:
The kitchen will make your stay an absolute delight. The kitchen has a fantastic professional but homely feel to it. The food preparation area consists of a spacious double bowl sink with a vegetable sprayer and waste food disposal unit to help you prepare the perfect family meal, should you choose not to eat out at one of the many fabulous restaurants.

Storage space is not a problem as there is also a generous pantry for food storage. You will be able to cook by using the large 30 inch oven/range or the microwave. Every home has the must have fridge freezer with ice-maker.

When you have finished for the day, don’t wash dishes....it’s your vacation, let the dishwasher do the work for you.
Additionally you will not have to search for a laundry mat as you will have your own facilities with a washer and dryer.

Everything has been taken into consideration with this kitchen; everything that a cook and family will require has been thought of and will be provided.

Kitchen Nook:
If you want the convenience of eating a quick snack or a take out meal in a less formal setting, this is the place for you. This café /bistro style area will fit the bill as it is situated just next to the kitchen.

Living Room/Dining Room:
A more formal setting without the excitement of the entertainment area and multimedia equipment. Relax here and read your favorite book or....just get away and have some peace and quiet away from the kids while they enjoy themselves in the main family room. The formal dining table is spectacular enough for any formal family dinner or special occasion.
Our Game Room is done in a retro Disney theme complete with pool table, air hockey, and various board games as well as a pub table for you to kick back and relax.

Amenities

We provide TV's in each bedroom and family room, DVD Player, Stereo, Private Pool/Spa, Retro Disney Game Room. In 2007 our resort amenities will be completed with a Aviana amenity center will include:
- 6,500 square foot clubhouse The community clubhouse, surrounded by a large sparkling pool, splash area tot lot and sand volleyball court, featuring a cyber café and arcade.
