SUMMARY:
Happy Days is a luxurious, fully air-conditioned, single-storey villa situated on the prestigious High Grove resort. Our private heatable pool has fantastic views overlooking the resort Common. The gated resort is equipped with a Club House, community pool and children's play area.

LOCATION:
We are conveniently located for all attractions at the junction of highways 192 and US 27. Disney theme parks are a 10-15 minute drive and Universal 20-25 minutes. Several top-class golf courses are close by including Champions Gate just 10 minutes away. We are also within 5 minutes of a 24-hour Walmart and Publix supermarkets.

RELAXATION TIME:
For your entertainment we have four televisions, a DVD/CD player, DVD library and a Playstation 2 with selection of games. Our Games Room is also well equipped with pool, table tennis and air hockey tables and electronic darts.

ACCOMMODATION:
Our open-plan lounge is comfortably furnished with a leather sofa-bed, a further sofa and armchair. The pool can be accessed directly from the lounge via a patio door. For your children's safety , all doors leading to the pool are alarmed to prevent unsupervised access.

Our four bedrooms are well furnished with plentiful wardrobe and drawer space. We have TWO master suites, each with six-foot bed. Both have ensuites with walk-in showers and direct access to the pool via alarmed doors. The two twin-bedded rooms share a 'jack and jill' style bathroom. We provide a cot and high chair at no extra charge for younger children.

Our superbly equipped kitchen has every modern convenience including electric cooker, fridge freezer, dishwasher, coffee maker, blender, hand mixer, toaster and 12-place setting crockery and cutlery sets.

The dining area seats 6 with 2 further stools at the breakfast bar.

We also have a separate cupboard containing washer, dryer, iron and board.

For the comfort of all our guests smoking is not allowed inside the villa and pets are not permitted.

For stays of less than 6 nights, a cleaning supplement of $80 (£ 50) is applicable
