As you enter this executive villa you will love the open plan feeling and the vaulted ceilings in the hallway and also the lounge area. After a long day at the Theme Parks, the lounge area is a great place to relax and unwind on the sofas, which turns into a sleeper sofa should you require an occupancy of 12 there is also an entertainment centre with TV, DVD/VCR and sony playstation 2. Our Master Bedroom is situated on the ground floor, which overlooks the pool and spa, (entrance to this is via the patio doors) a huge king sized bed sets the tone for this stunningly furnished room, and there is a TV, telephone and ceiling fan. The large en-suite has a corner tub separate shower twin marble vanity basin, hairdryer, toilet, and a large walk in wardrobe with plenty of hanging space and shelving. Bedroom 2 is also located on the ground floor it contains a luxurious Queen bed with colour co-ordinated soft furnishings, TV, ceiling fan and a large fitted wardrobe. Across from this bedroom is a shower room with marble vanity basin, hairdryer and a toilet. Bedroom 3 is located up stairs and also overlooks the pool and spa, which also contains a luxurious Queen bed with colour co-ordinated soft furnishings, TV, ceiling fan, large built in wardrobe and benefits from its own en-suite which contains a full bath with shower over, marble vanity unit, hairdryer and toilet. Bedroom 4 and 5 are located up stairs, they are both twin rooms with colour co-ordinated soft furnishings TV’S, ceiling fans and built in wardrobes. These two bedrooms share the family bathroom that consists of full bath with shower over, marble vanity basin, hairdryer and toilet. All towels and linens are supplied. The Laundry Room is well equipped with a washing machine, dryer, iron, ironing board and vacuum cleaner. There is a Games Room located in the garage to keep you entertained with a large slate bed pool table, air hockey, table football and a fridge to keep your beers ice cold. Our Pool/Spa with its extended deck area is a great place for the whole family to swim and relax on good quality pool furniture, the lanai offering some welcome shade from the sun. While you relax you have the added security of the safety pool net keeping little ones safe from the pool, when night time comes the under water lighting adding to the ambiance of the occasion.
