There is also a full size laundry room and then our air conditioned games with pool table,air hockey,electronic darts and an x box.
On the first floor we have two light and airy Queen masters with matching elegant bathrooms,there is also another twin bedroom on this floor.
Outside we have trhe largest lot on the estate,the south facing heatable pool and spa is 30 foot by 16 and is lit by fibre optic colored lights at night for a magical effect.There are plenty of loungers and chairs as well as a shaded lanai if it gets too hot.
We have a private bbq area to the side of the house for those al fresco evenings,from here youu can see the Disney fireworks.
Our large comfortable home has many extras and has that wow factor when you open our front door.We have many repeat guests who all love our home.

Being three miles to Disney,just over a half mile to shops and restaurants,champions gate and reunion golf courses are within 10 minute drive.Airport is 25 minutes as is universal studios
