Sunset Villa is fully air-conditioned, has 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and sleeps upto 10-perfect for 2 families to share or for 1 family to enjoy the extra living space. There is ample off road parking and a large double garage. Our larger than average (upgraded) pool is in a very private position and is not overlooked. The pool area features a terrace and it's position means that it catches the sun most of the day. Kitchen/Dining area is open plan and has been fully equipped with a dishwasher, microwave, cooker, fridge/freezer (with ice maker), washing machine and tumble dryer. The open plan living room has easy access to the pool area, 2 comfortable sofas (one of which easily converts to a double bed). The sleeping accomodation includes 2 large and attractive ensuite bedrooms, each having queen sized beds, built in wardrobes and additional drawer space. The master bedroom has a walk- in closet. The other 2 bedrooms which are attractively decorated for children have 2 single beds in each, built in wardrobes, and have a separate family bathroom. New games room added with a full size pool table, air hockey and electronic darts.All bed linen and towels are included.

Amenities

The pool (28ft x 14ft, 3-5ft deep) has underwater lighting,extended deck, patio furniture and a covered lanai gives protection from insects but ensures you still get a suntan!.All doors from the villa are alarmed which is peace of mind for those that have young children. The pool has a gas heater(available at extra cost, approximately £65.00 per week), which provides nice comfortable swimming experience in the cooler months. The pool heater is recommended from November to the end of March. Cable TV is available free of charge with TV's in lounge and both of the master bedrooms. In the lounge there is also a VCR , AM/FM CD stereo. In the kitchen there is plenty of cutlery, pans, crockery and kitchen utensils for those of you that wish to cook. If those of you that want to have a relaxing holiday there are plenty of restaurants nearby or ring one of the local takeaways to have your food delivered to your door (local phone calls are free from our villa).The property is ideally suited for disabled people. The villa is perfectly located for all of the major attraction, shopping malls, champion golf courses and only 1 hours drive from either the east or west coast of Florida if you wish to go to the beach.
