Our home is fully air-conditioned plus ceiling fans in all rooms for total comfort and relaxation. . It’s newly furnished with new quality carpets fitted. The family room/dining room has Cable TV and DVD player, two large comfortable sofas, which one is a sleeper sofa. Dining table and chairs, patio doors leading on to patio and pool area. The pool is 24ft long 12ft wide which on request can be fully heated (optional extra cost), patio table and chairs, bench with a gas BBQ. The master bedroom has a beautiful queen size bed with large matching dresser and mirror, night stands, cable TV, radio alarm clock, large 10ft by 5ft walk-in wardrobe and with en-suite and vanity unit, large well lit mirror, shower, roman bath and toilet. The second bedroom features double bed and large closet, chest of draws and night stands, lamps, radio alarm clock. The third bedroom features two twin beds and night stand and draws, Mickey Mouse lamps, radio alarm clock and closet and is decorated in a Disney theme a Childs delight. There is a second bathroom with vanity unit, shower, bath and toilet serving bedrooms two and three. All towels, linen and hairdryer are provided. The kitchen is fully equipped which includes a waste disposal unit, dishwasher, microwave/grill oven, cooker, large American size fridge freezer with ice maker, coffee machine, toaster and kettle, etc There is also a breakfast table and chairs. The laundry area with automatic washing machine and tumble dryer, iron and ironing board is located in the adjoining large two car garage. It would be hard to list every item in our home, all you need to bring is yourselves, clothes and sunscreen.
