The large family room has a Queen size sleeper sofa for two people, and two more sofa‘s, to relax on. NEW UP-GRADE IN 2005**TILED FLOORS AND ALL NEW SOFA'** cable TV/DVD/CD player, and patio doors to the pool area are all alarmed. At the other end of the large family room there is a formal dining table and chairs for six people. The fully equipped kitchen has cooker and hob, microwave, dishwasher, and all you need to cater for up to ten people also has a breakfast bar so you will not miss out on those holiday chats. Outside, the covered lanai and extended south facing, private pool area, backing onto a private walled garden complete this wonderful holiday home. The floodlit pool slopes from 3ft to 6ft with steps leading into it at two points. A washer and dryer are situated in the utility room with Iron and Ironing board free to use .
