The master bedroom has doors opening onto the pool. It has a large en-suite bathroom with step in shower, corner bath, vanity unit with his and her sinks and separate toilet. The second master also has en-suite facilities with bath, shower, vanity and toilet. There are two twin bedrooms that both share the family bathroom. There is a separate laundry room with washer, dryer, iron and ironing board. Towels are provided along with bedlinen and hairdryers. Baby facilities include cot, high chair and stroller. There is a childrens play area on the site. New from Christmas 2004 - Games room including pool table, air hockey game, 2 bikes and various other games. There will be a playstation in one of the twin bedrooms and DVD players in the other bedrooms. There is a telephone in the family room where you can make a call locally toll free, or phone home cheaply by buying a telephone card from the gas stations or supermarkets. For everybody’s comfort and safety there is a no smoking policy within the villa.

Cumbrian Lakes is a beautiful, peaceful, quiet gated community, ideal for relaxing at the end of a busy day at the theme parks, or you could take a quiet stroll around the floodlit lakes. It is situated on Poinciana Boulevard just 5 minutes drive to the famous 192 Highway for restaurants, shopping, boat and helicopter rides and various Other attractions. There are several golf courses within easy reach including Greg Normans Champion Gate. It is just 12 minutes drive to Disney. Sea World, Universal Studios and Wet and Wild are all within a short drive. Orlando Airport is just 30 minutes drive with Sanford being about one hours drive.
